The Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) has appointed a seven man committee to conduct a-day’s delegates’ verification at the Atlantic Hall on 5 December.
The committee, which was setup by both the SLFA executive and aggrieved stakeholders, is vested with the task of validating delegates within the football fraternity.
According to a recent letter addressed to stakeholders and all concern, committee chairman Sheku Conteh stated that the process would be attended by delegates from all the regions in the country.
The verification of delegates has been a long tussle within the football family since the August 3, 2013 elections which brought Isha Johansen to power as the first female SLFA president.
In late August this year, FIFA representatives Primo Corvaro and Kwesi Nyantakyi had a two-day working session with the SLFA and appointed members of the 7-man committee.
