The Walias of Ethiopian
The Walias of Ethiopian will face “Les Hirondelles” of Burundi in an international football friendly match in Hawassa on September 2, 2018- six days before their clash with Leone Stars of Sierra Leone at the same venue.
The match is part of coach Abraham Mebratu‘s preparation for the upcoming 2019 Total Africa Cup of Nations Cup qualifier against Sierra Leone after the much talked about friendly with Eritrea did not materialised.
Ethiopia are desperate for their first maximum points in the Group F after they lost their opener to the Black Stars of Ghana 5-0, while Sierra Leone defeated the Harambee Stars of Kneya 2-1 in the other fixture in Freetown.
