Alleged Nigerian Cocaine dealer in Court today

A Nigerian businessman, Gozie Udoka Isaac, will make his third appearance before Magistrate Albert Moody at the Freetown Magistrates’ Court No.1, today. He is being investigated for being caught at the Freetown International Airport-Lungi with substance believed to be Cocaine.

The accused was charged with eight counts of transporting, importing, unlawful possession, dealing, and exporting prohibited drugs, contrary to the National Drugs Control Act of 2008.

According to the particulars of offence, the accused person on Monday, 23rd October, 2017 at the arrival hall of Freetown International Airport-Lungi, Lokomasama Chiefdom in Port Loko district, transported from Brazil to Sierra Leone, through Air Moroc, fifty pellets of Cocaine weighing 20.797 kilogram without lawful authority.
