Old Princewaleans Cricket Club and Kenemajane Cricket Club (KCC), are keen to continue their winning runs this weekend in the ongoing Sierra Leone Cricket Association/Mercury International T20 Division One league.

Both teams got-off a flying start in their campaign, with Old Princewaleans defeating Murray Town Cricket Club and the Albert Academy Cricket Club, while KCC thrashed Murray Town Cricket Club.

The Princewaleans were currently leading the log with four points from their double victory and could still maintain that lead with victory over Wanderers in the second match on Sunday, October 30.

According to the team’s all-rounder Edward Ngegba, their focus is to win against Wanderers and maintained their good form.

He said: “We want to take things game by game, Wanderers are next for us and a win can help us maintain our standings. We are determined and in high spirit for the match.”

While the Old Princewaleans Cricket Club are seen as the favorites for Sunday’s match, KCC will have to work hard when they take on Regent Olympic in Sunday’s early kick-off. Both team have registered a win and are looking forward to their second successive victory this weekend.

On Saturday, Regent Olympic will take on Albert Academy Cricket Club in the early kick-off while the second match of the day will involve Wanderers and the Murray Town Cricket Club at the same venue.
