Sierra Leone international, Alhassan ‘Crespo’ Kamara, came to the rescue of BK Hacken for the second successive week, scoring a late equaliser as Hacken forced IFK Goteborg to a 2-2 draw at the Bravida Arena on Monday evening.
The striker continued his goal scoring exploit with his fifth for the Gothenburg-based club since joining them from their Swedish rivals Orebro in July.
Coach Jörgen Lennartsson’s IFK Goteborg side was in cruise control to grab all three points with goals from Salomonsson and Icelandic football striker Elías Már Ómarsson.
However, the home side pulled one back through their Nigerian striker John Owoeri in the 65th minute before the Sierra Leone international’s 69 minute strike shared the points between the two sides.
The goal was Kamara’s fifth in seven games as Hacken continue their unbeaten run to four games in all competitions. Kamara and BK Hacken will now take on Hammarby IF away from home on Thursday, 22 September, 2016.
