Junior Navo vows to complete goodwill of late Fadika

National Youth Ambassador and Chairman ‘All Works of Life’ (AWOL), Anthony Navo Jr. has vowed to complete the goodwill of the Commonwealth Ambassador, philanthropist and businessman, late Gibril Santigie Moseray Fadika aka Super.

He stated that the late man positively influenced the lives of Sierra Leoneans, provided shelter, fed the hungry, provided scholarships and jobs for thousands of young people in Sierra Leone and beyond.

He said the late man was providing sponsorship to many students in various institutions and colleges, adding that God willing, he will continue to help some of the students and maintain the legacy of his mentor.

“On the night we lost Super, a fifth year students at College of Medicine called me in tears, asking if he was going to complete his course. I promised him that by God’s grace, I will help him to continue,” he said.

He promised to keep the legacy of the late goodwill ambassador and celebrate his life rather than mourn his death.

Many Sierra Leoneans from all facet of society converged at the Miatta Conference Centre to pay their last respect to the late Ambassador Gibril Santigie Moseray Fadika.

Many who spoke to Concord Times sympathized with the family and the country for the great loss, stating that such a man of good heart was difficult to replace.

One of the mourners, Hawa Conteh, a disabled said the loss of Super meant a lot to the disable community, who she said were bound to suffer.

Another mourner,  Ali Sesay prayed for the family of  the late man, stating that he was good to people and lived a life worthy of God’s will, and that the Almighty would surely grant him eternity in Heaven.
