The Republic of Sierra Leone Armed Force (RSLAF) volleyball team and Sixers club would be searching for their first semi-finals victory this weekend when the two sides face each other on Saturday at the National Stadium volleyball court.
RSLFA and Sixers last weekend suffered defeat in their opening semi-final matches to Super Six and Young Stars male volleyball clubs respectively in the ongoing Western Area Inter Club Volleyball Championship.
However, the two sides will want to avenge last weekend’s defeat against each other, with the military guys tip as the favourites for Saturday’s match.
Meanwhile, Saturday’s match will start off with the women’s battle as Super Six will host Young Stars, while Solar Spikers will entertain Sixers.
The other match of the day will involve Super Six male squad taking on Young Stars.
The tournament will continue on Sunday as Solar Spikers face Young Stars in the open match of the female category before the Super Six and Sixers match. The male contest will involve RSLAF and Young Stars in the opener and later in the day Super Six will take on Sixers.
