Sierra Leone international, Abdul Sesay, has expressed his delight over signing a new contract with Finish third tier club Oulun Palloseura (OPS).
The striker cum attacking midfielder signed a new one-year contract with the club to keep him until 2017 league season.
The 25-year-old joined the Finnish club in December 2014 after his excellent form with former club Atlantis. He said: “I’m pleased to sign for another year; hopefully, I can help the team gain promotion. It’s another great opportunity to be part of this excellent football club in Finland.”
The Leone Stars midfielder, who has six caps to his name, favours playing in midfield as a playmaker. He has scored two goals since making his debut for Sierra Leone against Ivory Coast in Nigeria in the African Cup of Nation’s qualifiers on September 6, 2015.
