The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed three Sierra Leonean referees with FIFA badges to handle the 2016 CAF Champions league preliminary round tie between AS Douanes and Horoya A.C.
Referee Raymond Coker will take the center stage at the Mbour Caroline Faye Stadium in Mbour, Senegal with both Daniel Kargbo and Billy Konneh as his assistant one and two respectively.
In 2012, Coker was the central referee in charge of the CAF Confederation Cup match between Liberia’s Invincible Eleven and Wydad Athletic Club of Morocco.
