Seven years old sexual penetration victim yesterday testified before Magistrate Abdul Sheriff presiding at the Pademba Road Court No.3, as to how she was taken into a house and sexually penetrated by a twenty five years old man.

The accused Bundu Kamara, is currently being preliminary investigated for the offence of sexual penetration contrary to Section 19 of the Sexual Offences Act of 2012.

The prosecution alleges that the accused on date unknown between, the 1^st June, to 18^th September, 2019, in Freetown, sexually penetrated a child below the age of 18 years to wit 7 years.

Testifying before Magistrate Abdul Sheriff, the victim said she stays with her aunt and that they live in the same community with the accused.

She testified that at a particular date, the accused took her into his room, undressed and penetrated her.

She said the accused promised to give her some money after the process, adding that she was asleep at night when her aunt observed that blood was oozing from her private part.

She told the court she narrated to her aunt  as to what transpired between her and the accused persons, while the aunt reported the matter to the police where she made statement.

Meanwhile, another seventeen years old victim testified how she was penetrated by her step mother’s 19 years relative.

The 19 years old accused is currently in court on a one count charge of sexual penetration country to section 19 of the of the Sexual Offences Act of 2012. The prosecution alleges that Albert Leonard, between Monday 1^st January, 2016 to Wednesday 6^th March, 2019 in Freetown, penetrated the victim.

The victim however identified the accused as her boyfriend, adding that on 1^st of January, 2016 the accused invited her to his Calaba Town residence.

She said when she went there; the accused took her into the room, romanced, sexually penetrated and deflowered her.
