Justice Momoh Jah Stevens yesterday remanded one Abdul Noah for allegedly sexually penetrating a child below the age of eighteen years.
The accused is before the court on one count of sexual penetration contrary to Section 19 of the sexual Offence Act No. 12 of 2012.
State Prosecutor, Ms J.B. Kamara alleges that Abdul Noah on the 15th of January 2018 in Freetown engaged in an act of sexual penetration of a child below the age of eighteen to wit three years.
The charges were read to the accused who pleaded not guilty.
The state prosecutor begged for an adjourned date for him to bring his witness to testify in the matter.
The matter was adjourned to June 26th , 2019.
In another matter in the same court, Justices Momoh Jah Stevens also remanded Mohamed Chernor Bah for sexually penetrating a six year- old child
Bah is before the court on one count of sexual penetration contrary to Section 19 of the sexual Offence Act No. 12 of 2012.
State Prosecutor, Ms. J.B. Kamara alleges that, on 16th January, 2019 in Freetown, the accused sexually penetrated the victim.
The charges were read to the accused and he pleaded not guilty while the matter was adjourned to the 26th June 2019.
