AMIR SAEED-UR-RAHMAN HEAD AND MISSIONARY IN CHARGE OF AHMADIYYA MUSLIM JAMAAT

Head and Missionary in Charge of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat in Sierra Leone, Amir Saeed-Ur-Rahman has disclosed that the 56th JALSA SALANA (Annual conference) of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jamaat, would take place from 8th to the 10th February, 2019, at the Ahmadiyya Muslim Secondary in Bo.

Speaking on the purpose of the conference, Amir Saeed-Ur-Rahman said the convention will not only enhance every sincere individual to personally experience religious benefits, but would also promote mutual introduction among brothers and sisters and strengthen fraternal ties within the Islamic community.

The Amir reiterated that the meeting would be an ordinary convention and  that it was essential for all those who could afford to undertake the trip to Bo as the convention embodies many blessed objectives.

He urged all to disregard minor inconveniences in the cause of Allah and his prophet Mohammad (Peace and Blessings of Allah be upon him).

He stated that Allah yields reward to the sincere persons at every step of their way, and that no labour and hardship undertaken in his or her way would be a wasted endeavour.

He cautioned that one must not rank the convention the same way they ranked ordinary human assembly, thus noting that it was a phenomenon that is based purely on the propagation of Islam.

He concluded with prayer that everyone who travels for the conference for the sake of Allah, would be exalted and His blessing would be with him or her. He also prayed that Allah would reward him or her in abundant.

According to the Amir, all preparations for the Jalsa were completed and that more than 100 paramount chiefs are expected to attend the Islamic gathering.

Also, the Amir invited all important Religious bodies, including Christian missions. He noted that president Retired Brigadier Julius Maada Bio has graciously re-confirmed that he would attend and officially open the conference.
