Magistrate Santigie Bangura of Court No.1 on Monday 28th August, 2017, remanded one Abu Mariah at the male Correctional Centre.
The accused was charged with three counts of wounding with intent and Assault Occasioning Actual bodily harm contrary to Section 20 &47 of the Offences Against the Person Act of 1861 and trespass contrary to section 15 (1) (a) of the public order Act No 46 of 1965.
Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) T.M Bangura, alleges that the accused on Monday 28th August, 2017, at Mansaray Drive, Regent in Freetown, wounded Maada Maiwa Massallay with intent to do him grievous bodily harm.
Magistrate Bangura however remanded the accused in custody and adjourned the matter to 30th August, 2017.
