While presenting the items, interim emergency response coordinator, Benoi Williams said the donation was made possible thank to funds from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs,  Herman Gmeiner Funds and Conrad Hilton Foundation in the United States of America.

He called on the beneficiaries to put to good use the items, especially the chairs and tables, adding that the project commenced in December 2014 and will end this December.
