One Mohamed Sidibay Koroma, alias Five ‘O’, was yesterday sentenced to five  years imprisonment after pleading guilty to being found in possession of human skull and skeletal bones at Robis Cemetery, Calaba Town, in the eastern part of Freetown.

He had pleaded guilty as charged during his first appearance in court and further pleaded with the Bench to temper justice with mercy.

While sentencing the convict, Magistrate Dr. Abou Bhakarr Binneh-Kamara reminded him that he was found in possession of human bones and white cloth used to cover dead bodies.

Magistrate Binneh-Kamara noted that the convict was a gang leader and one of  those dangerous youth in a society, thus sentencing him to five years imprisonment.

According to the particulars of offence, on 9 October, 2016 at Robis Cemetery, Calaba Town, he was found in possession of human skull and skeletal bones, suspected to have been unlawfully obtained.
