One Mohamed Sidibay Koroma alias ‘Five O’ was yesterday remanded at the Male Correctional Centre in Freetown for allegedly being found in possession of human skull and bones.
The accused was before the Freetown Magistrates’ Court No.1 on a count’s charge of unlawful possession of human skull and human skeleton bones, contrary to law.
According to the particulars of offence, the accused on 9th October, 2016 at Robis Cemetery, Calaba Town, east of Freetown, was found being in possession of human skull and bones suspected to have been unlawfully obtained.
The accused though entered a guilty plea and further pleaded with the magistrate to temper justice with mercy.
Magistrate Dr. Abou Bhakarr Binneh-Kamara adjourned the matter to 26 October for sentencing.
